Catherine Noeth's  Background:

• Catherine holds a Masters degree in Counselling as well as an Honours Bachelor degree in Psychology. 
• She is Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).   Link: www.bc-counsellors.org
• Born and raised in Salmon Arm, Catherine moved to Penticton in 1996 and has been self-employed locally since 2001.
• Catherine has been trained in and influenced by Eastern philosophies and is a skilled relaxation therapist. She teaches meditation and concentration exercises which are complemented by training in breath control.  Her certifications include: hypnotherapy and yoga therapy. 
• In addition to offer counselling services through her private practice, at times Catherine  teaches part-time for the Department of Psychology at the Penticton Campus of  Okanagan College.  
• Catherine has specialized training in Trauma Counselling & Supportive Interventions, Advanced Training in Suicide Risk Assessment & Treatment, Couple & Family Therapy, Advanced Diagnostic Procedures, Expressive Play Therapy, and Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy for Pain Reduction.
