Includes education regarding the basic anatomy & physiology of the stress response, responses to single trauma, responses to multiple traumas, anxiety and panic. You will then learn practical techniques to directly counteract these concerns, including: intentional breathing, relaxation, meditation, self-hypnosis, and visualization.

EMOTIONAL BALANCE SEMINAR Learn to Regulate Emotion and Control Thoughts
Address emotional concerns: depression, anxiety, anger, fear, and trauma. Includes: understanding the healthy expression of emotion, thought-stopping techniques, meditation, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques, adjusting self-talk, creating balance and regulating intense emotion.
